Rates are per home / condominium per night plus 13% tax ~ Cleaning charges will apply for stays of less than 5-nights. $75 plus tax for 3/4BR ~ $85 plus tax for 5BR ~ $110 plus tax for 6/7BR ~ Two night stays permitted based on availability at normal nightly rates ~ Non-refundable security waiver of $35 applied to balance of reservation ~ Pool heat, cribs, vcr's, & all misc items available for a nominal fee.
