$59 "one time" clean fee to be applied to all reservations at Regal Palms.

RATES  are per town home per night plus 13% tax ~  Two night stays permitted based on availability at normal rates. ~  Non-refundable security waiver of $35 applied to balance of reservation ~ Cribs, vcr's, & all misc items available for a nominal fee.
